A commission for custom 3d print models of Killer's helmet and weapons (Punishers) from the anime One Piece.

This commission was surprisingly complex. Engineering was required.

The helmet in the anime is impossibly tight on the guy's head. Because of this, adjustments had to be made to make this possible.

1. The helmet in the anime had no room for ears, noses, and hair; so, it had to be distorted to fit a real human head.
2. The holes in the helmet had to be sized up and repositioned so the wearer can see straight ahead.
3. The character is able to effortlessly throw his helmet off; but, since the helmet does not flare open in the bottom, that's impossible IRL. So we came up with this clamshell design for the helmet. A leather strap can be adhered to the top to act as a hinge and it can be kept shut while worn with magnets in the ear bar attachment.

His weapons are intense and so anime.
No purposeful deviations from the source material had to be made outside of thickening for it's craziest feature.
Spinning Sickle Blades!

The whole assembly attaching the sickle blades to the forearm braces can spin freely! The wearer can control the spinning and position the blades with their grip! Added holes to reinforce it with TWO dowel rods.

Had to get assistance from a mechanical engineer for designing the screw-on-cap and blade key assembly. 🤣🤯

Truly truly an insane anime weapon!
